Technical Lead (FrontEnd)
Qualification : B.Tech/B.E.,
Target Companies : Top notch startups, Large salable product companies, Consumer internet companies
Roles and Responsibilities :

• Take complete ownership of customer facing modules of TravelTriangle product stack right from development stage to deployment and post release maintenance.
• Responsible for the technical design, architecture and page performance of the web products.
• Provide technical mentorship to a team of 6-7 strong front end engineers.
• Work closely with Product managers, UX designers and backend engineers to implement front end solutions. Endorsing upcoming standards, launching, iterating and making a difference .
• Identify the technical constraints in the ongoing projects and provide solutions/workarounds for the same.
• Work in a fast paced environment and deliver quick product prototypes when required.
• Participate actively in hiring and driving technology culture at TravelTriangle.

  Required Skills :
• BE/BTech/ ME from IIT/NIT/REC/BIT’s or other top tier colleges with years of work experience working on scalable and high performance web based products.
• Candidate should have prior experience in working with dynamic mobile and desktop sites which are responsive and highly performant.
• Good understanding of latest web frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, Backbone, EmberJS,, Bootstrap is needed.
• Excellent hands on knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS/CSS3, JQuery is must.
  Technical Lead Frontend – Job Profile
• Solid understanding of DOM models and browser fundamentals is must. Candidate should be hands on with latest trends in frontend development like Progressive Web Apps, Accelerated Mobile Pages etc.
• Prior experience with NodeJs, Express is needed.
• Hands on knowledge of one scripting language such as Ruby, Python, PHP is desirable, not necessary.
• Passionate about implementing elegant User Interfaces and expertise in page performance tools like Google PageSpeed, Firebug etc.
• Good understanding of version control tools like Git, Subversion is required.
• Good communication skills.
• Candidates with prior experience in start ups would be preferred.
