PROGRAM NAME : PGPLI (Post Graduate Program in Insurance)
PGPLI is Post Graduate Program in Insurance by upGrad in association with HDFC Life. It is high quality curriculum designed to build knowledge on various aspects which will make you job ready for Front Line Sales Job at Life insurance. The program will broadly equip you with in depth knowledge on:
Insurance Industry
Finance Domain
Role and Responsibilities of Life Insurance Professionals
The program has been designed by industry and education experts to ensure that it gives you 360 degree experiential learning. The program has been hence strategically designed as below :
2 months : Fully online training where you can learn at your own pace and place .
2 months : On the job training at a HDFC Life Branch from your base Location . Rs. 2,500/-is the Allowance for the 2-Month OJT.
7 Months : Internship at a designated HDFC Life Branch and experience real world of sales . Rs. 15,100/-is the stipend for the 7-Month Internship.
Apart from immense learning experience, on successful completion of program you will receive:
Post Graduate Certificate Insurance
Guaranteed job at HDFC Life on successful completion of all phases of the program with CTC (Total cost to Company) of INR 2,50,000/- plus performance based sales incentives
You will join HDFC Life at one level above other freshers
Education:Graduation / Post Graduation in any stream (UGC/ AICTE approved institute) in India
Age:Candidate should be in age group of 21-30 years

Personal interview round
The training fee is of INR 99,000/- for the entire course inclusive of the Advance Fee and GST
