Job Summary :
We are a tech-powered startup trying to solve one of the most basic problems for car dealers, that of reach and the best price for the cars. And a verified inventory for a car dealer creating liquidity.
We are looking for go-getters who can speak with buyers over the phone with the required patience and convince them to buy the cars to us. They should be comfortable to converse in English and Hindi and can join our dedicated team, roll up their sleeves to help us reach out to all such buyers, tell them about ourselves and give them the best services along with a rememberable experience. Responsibilities and Duties :
Role Description:
Informing users of listed products over the phone
End to end client management & engagement over phone calls
Responding to queries of users and give timely support when requested
Ensure no errors occurred while assisting users
Be User-focused; you can build relationships quickly and effectively
Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries
Qualifications and Skills :
Good judgment and swift decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
Ability to work under pressure
Some relevant sales experience preferred but not mandatory
Good selling and negotiations skills
Diligent & responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
Previous startup experience greatly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹360,000.00 to ₹420,000.00 /year
