Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a young team of software engineers designing and developing complex solutions for Fortune who’s who clients of HighRadius SaaS products. The candidate would lead the development of features and capabilities with highest level of quality, reliability, efficiency and scalability.
You would work in a fast-growing SaaS product environment and collaborating closely with other stakeholders such as the Client Management team, Solution Architects and Engineering teams involving Developers and QA experts.
Skills:
Experience Range: 8 to 12 Years
Role: Development Manager – Our ideal candidate will have superior project management skills, is hands-on with technical details, and is driven by results. Experience managing teams of atleast 5 engineers, and experience with performance reviews and feedback is expected.
Education: BE/B. Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MTech
Technology Stack: Java, Struts, Hibernate, spring, MySQL, ExtJS, Elastic Search, AWS Infra
