Job Summary :-
Require Business Development Manager for our Budget Hotel and Service Apartments in Noida.Need to take care of hotel corporate sales.
Responsibilities and Duties :-
The candidate needs to market the product to the Corporates.
1. He/She needs to collect potential data in Delhi/NCR
2. Make cold call to the client,brief them about the hotel
3. Schedule a meeting and propery visit.
4.Prepare presentations.
5. Follow up calls.
6. Daily meeting with clients/Market visit travelling.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :-
1. The candidate should have atleast 3 yrs experience in hospitality or tourism sector in sales.
2. Confident and convincing.
3. Good communication skills
4. Male/Female no restrictions
5. Graduate/Post Graduate.
6. Has Good contacts in Corporate Relation & Contacts in Delhi & NCR
7.Preferably from Travel / Hotel / Resort Industry
8.Good looking, presentable & smart in communication.
9.Excellent communication
10.Outstanding selling skills
11.Must have worked upon targets and should be able to take that pressure
12. Must have own conveyance
