Malaika Arora shares the perfect Yoga mantra to brush off Monday blues, challenges fans to try Parsvottanasana
As we enter the week following a merry end of the week, Malaika Arora ruled out exercise hesitations as she tested fans into attempting Parsvottanasana or the pyramid posture of Yoga. Sharing it as her wellness ‘move of the week’, Malaika urged wellbeing monstrosities to ignore their Monday blues.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Malaika shared an image of herself nailing the activity and we can’t resist the opportunity to let our jaws drop in wonderment. Wearing a regal blue games bra cooperated with comparative shaded pair of Yoga pants, Malaika pulled back her smooth hair into a plait so her wonderful braids don’t intrude with her extreme exercise meeting.
She partook in the subtitle, “Namaste! Monday is back as am I. How about we shake off the Monday blues and give ourselves an incredible beginning with Malaikas Move Of The Week Today’s posture is PARVOTTANASANA(Pyramid Pose)” sic.
