Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Sec-63, Noida
Salary: 15K to 18K
Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years
Interview Timings : 10 am to 3 Pm
*Preference: Preference would be given to those candidates who are having experience in Education, Banking or Telecom, Airlines or in Startup company

Responsibilities:Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.Takes ownership of customer issues and sees it through complete Resolution. * Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.Maintains quality service by following organization standards.Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsTelemarketing Representative Skills and Qualifications: Persuasion, Telephone Sales, Customer Focus, Data Entry Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills, Telephone Skills, Organization, Energy Level, Persistence, Product Knowledge Fluency in English & Hindi required.Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with 1+ years of work experience in a Telesales/ customer Support role within Education, Telecom, Banking, Airlines or a startup.**Interested candidates can contact me on 8744981106Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /monthExperience:work: 1 year (Preferred)Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Education:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)Industry:Software Development
