Year of Pass out: 2017 and 2018 Batch
Stipend 10 K Per Month
The Young Talent Program (YTP) is a yearlong program designed to groom the young & vibrant talent selected from reputed colleges across India. The selected candidates are on-boarded to CMS IT as Trainee Engineers/ Associate Trainee Engineers.
YTP program provides focussed training and capability building approach to these trainees and helps in shaping careers of these fresh IT graduates and make them future ready in ever changing market scenario. YTP program aims at hiring the best talent and develop & groom them to become all round professionals.
