How to make raw blueberry and chia seed jam
Launch your January with this simple blueberry and chia seed jam. The normal sharpness of the blueberries, alongside somewhat nectar, lemon and vanilla, give a magnificent profundity of flavor and the chia seeds swell up, giving an ideal consistency. Take a stab at dolloping the jam onto toast or a steaming bowl of porridge toward the beginning of the day.
Barrage the blueberries
Leave a 350g pack of solidified blueberries out for 5 minutes to begin defrosting and afterward add them to a blender, alongside 30g of chia seeds.
Mix
Mix for 10 seconds, until the blend arrives at a slushy consistency.
Include fixings
Include 2 tsp of nectar, the juice, and pizzazz of 1 lemon and 2 tsp of vanilla glue.
Refrigerate
Blend well in with a spatula and spoon into a container. Keep it in the refrigerator until you are prepared to utilize it.
Appreciate!
A sound minimal spread to be sure. Give it a shot porridge or a rice cake.
