Ingredients :
4 slices bread
½ Cup Semolina Suji
2 tbsp All reason flour
½ Cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Yellow bell pepper finely chopped
1 tbsp Capsicum finely chopped
2 medium Onions finely chopped
1 small tomatoes besides seeds chopped
Coriander leaves Finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger grated or paste
green chilly Chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
¼ cup water or as required
Instructions :
Trim the aspects of bread.
Take a bowl and cut or smash all the bread into small pieces so that it will get blended easily.
Take a mixer grinder and put Semolina/Suji, all cause flour/maida, yogurt, bread slices, and water, grind it into a thick, easy and first-class paste.
Take out the batter in a deep bowl and add all the veggies yellow bell pepper, chopped capsicum, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, ginger, coriander leaves, salt to style and mix till nicely combined.
Batter be in pouring consistency. It should now not neither very thick nor runny so add water accordingly.
Heat a non stick pan on medium warmness and unfold little oil on it.
When the tawa is hot adequate take a spoonful of batter and spread in round movement to make uttappam. Size of the uttappam depends upon the batter you have taken to spread.
Since we are making uttappam so it should be slightly thick pancakes.
To make Spicy Bread Uttappam- Put some chopped green chilly on pinnacle and Drizzle oil all round the edges of Bread uttappam.(do no longer put inexperienced chilly whilst making for kids).
After 2 minutes flip it over, drizzle some oil and prepare dinner from any other side.
Cook bread uttappam from both the sides on medium flame until it turns golden brown.
Serve Bread Uttappam with coriander chutney, mint chutney, nariyal chutney or any chutney or sauce of your choice.
You can serve this Bread Uttappam with sambhar also.
Notes: You can also use brown bread or multigrain bread.You can add veggies in accordance to your taste.Do no longer preserve the flame excessive while cooking otherwise uttappam will not cook dinner properly.
