We are looking for Digital Marketing Candidate, who will be leading our digital marketing strategies & Give Training in CRM & ERP also.

Proven background in developing and executing the digital marketing strategies
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC, marketing database,
Email/SMS , social media or display advertising campaigns.
Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
Proven skills on Google Adwords, CPL, CPV and user funnels .
Knowledge of Affiliate marketing.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Provide inputs to global web team on specific regional requirement on the global advertising
campaigns .
Measure and report performance of all Digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
(ROI and KPIs)
Optimization of costs.
Developing packages as per the current market requirements.
Effective Marketing Plan
Increased Sales of the packages.
Optimize different campaigns based on ROI, Conv%, CPA and CPTs across platforms and channels.
Manage monthly and annual goals for revenue growth via paid channels.
Analyse and publish timely reports on performance, marketing spends, traffic, CTRs, conversion rates and ROI.
Work on blogs and organic content creation for on page SEO.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage social media marketing for MORNIS on various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email marketing, blog posting,etc
• Design, plan and book customised holiday packages for high end guests for various international destinations
• Stay updated with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events & reading blogs
• Continue to refine and define our social marketing process.
• Work with teams to create a solid branding message that’s reflected across Mornis marketing materials, social media content and shared by employees
• Plan and execute digital ads, create landing pages
  Knowledge of Website analytics & ad execution tools
  Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java script constraints
