Job Summary:-
We’re looking for a dynamic customer service team member who will be responsible for taking care of the team on overall basis in an International BPO. You will be working with managers to meet the rate of calls and quality for providing the best Customer Service to the Clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:-
Inbound calling for customer service.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
