India’s most successful captain to date who brags the lone rights of winning an ICC trophy treble (T20 World Cup in 2007, ODI World Cup in 2011, and the Champions trophy in 2013), is not quite done with his influence over the legions of fans he has across the globe as yet.
Despite saying goodbye to international cricket a while ago, MS Dhoni aka Captain Cool aka Mahi, or at best by the technically sound moniker MSD continues to inspire millions of people as though his blood ran through the veins of more than half of India’s population. Such is the man’s charisma which emanates from much of his tremendous legacy.
Although Dhoni may have left a huge void in Indian cricket that is next to being irreplaceable by any stretch of one’s imagination, the CSK skipper still has some cricket to play ahead of the upcoming IPL phase II in September.
In the meantime, Mahi keeps his followers hooked on to their screens like a hawk in some fashion or the other as he recently just did with a super suave new look styled by one of India’s leading hair experts Aalim Hakim.
Dhoni’s latest avatar was shared by the celebrated stylist Hakim on his Instagram handle on Friday (July 30).
Needless to say, the internet broke down into a frenzy.
The pictures posted on the social media platform reveal a dapper-looking Mahi who’s sporting a dashing trim along with a faded beard that makes the legend’s jawline appear sharper and more chiselled.
Hakim captioned the post by writing, “Legend Dhoni Sports A Dashing Look Thoroughly enjoyed doing this haircut & beard for our legend @mahi7781”
