JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Control M – Admin
We are looking for the candidate 8 yrs. of experience in Control-m and Zena Administrator.
Coordinate with Windows Admins for applying OS updates/reboot sequence
Meet with Developers and Application Owners to determine needs in Zena
Use extended IT knowledge and experience to steer INC to a proper team(s) when it is not Zena related.
Extended OS, Networking, Database, and Security-related troubleshooting skills
Coordinate with the software vendor on testing newer versions of the product
Apply patches and application upgrades
Migration project experience
Agent Installation
Understanding Zeke to ZEna and Zena to Zeke communication using Zeke Agent
Troubleshoot / Restart Zeke Agent and/or ZABroker
When to de-couple Zeke Agent from Zena Server Options for troubleshooting
Participate in On-Call Rotation to resolve outages or loss in service related to Zena
Respond and assist when called as the Primary or Secondary On-Call to support Zena
Create Change Requests and coordinate with Change Management for patches and upgrades to Zena Application
Understanding how to set up a process end to end for just about any business need.
Configuration of “Business Entity” model process and Test Connectivity / Authentication
Communicate in a very clear, professional manner with Business stakeholders
Salary: INR 7,00,000 – 16,00,000 PA.
