Ingredients Of Whole Wheat Pasta In Mushroom Sauce:
50 Gram shitake mushroom (soaked in heat water for 15 minutes)
100 gram fresh mushroom-sliced
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp clean thyme or fresh parsley, chopped
30 ml white Wine
100 gram complete wheat pasta-penne or linguine
For seasoning salt and pepper
How to Make Whole Wheat Pasta in Mushroom Sauce:
1.Put the pasta in boiling salted water for the time exact on the packet. Whilst the pasta is boiling put together the sauce.
2.In a heavy bottomed saucepan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil, add mushroom and wine.
3.Once the wine has evaporated, add some of the water in which shitake mushroom was soaked.
4.Add salt, herbs and cook for 5-6 minutes.
5.Once the pasta is cooked, add to the sauce with a little bit of pasta water. Serve at once.
