Looking for overseas education counselor, having experience in Australia Study visa counseling.
To provide professional and quality counseling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
To achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination.
The candidate should have the following skills/ qualities:
willing to work full time
sound knowledge of computers (especially- word, excel)
very good communication skills
smart, active, sharp and pleasing with great convincing power
presence of mind.
Responsibilities and Duties:
To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of country.
To explain about colleges and different courses.
To explain about college and embassy fee structure.
To convince and retain the customer in an effective manner.
To provide the career counseling to the students in different fields.
To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.
To follow up the clients for enrollments.
Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.
Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.
Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum one to two years experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counseling is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Familiarity with computers and the internet,Sales oriented and target driven attitude.
Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
Should be a graduate in any stream.
Thorough knowledge of Visa Filling and admission process.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
