Shemai Kheer Recipe

We know that this is frequent dessert it can make in everyone’s home. Generally, we say it is an instantaneous dessert that can be made easily. This dessert recipe is made using homemade vermicelli (also regarded as shemai in Bangladesh), which human beings used to make at domestic with their hands. Today, you can without difficulty get vermicelli packets in the grocery market, however, the ones made with palms have a specific style and flavour. You can also easily try making them at home. So, try this easy recipe and revel in with your cherished ones.
Ingredients of Shemai Kheer :-
100 gm vermicelli
1 cup milk
10 gm coconut
4 cashews
50 gm sugar
2 tablespoon ghee
4 almonds
2 tablespoon fresh cream
How to make Shemai Kheer-
Step 1 :-
To prepare this high-quality dessert recipe, you need to toast vermicelli or shemai in it. For the same, put a pan over medium flame and melt ghee in it. Once the ghee is melted, add vermicelli in it and roast nicely till mild brown in colour and hold aside.
Step 2 :-
Afterwards, put a pan over medium flame and boil milk in it. Once the milk is boiled, add shemai in it along with sugar and any other substances to it. Stir and let the milk simmer, and prepare dinner for 2 minutes. Once done, turn off the flame and serve immediately.
