Job Description :-
Handling telephonic & mail enquiries.
Counseling the Students and Parents about various Courses and colleges in India & Abroad.
Convert the enquiries into registrations that lead to Admissions.
Should possess excellent convincing capabilities.
To respond to enquiries of students (on email/call)
Tele-calling from contact database provided by organization to explore prospective students.
To provide detailed information of available courses to prospective students and to brief process & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements in order for Admission requirements for various courses and Universities.
To visit schools for lead generation and presentation related to College & Course awareness.
To involve in promotional activities of Universities and available courses.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
Should have experience in education related counseling work.
Experience between 0.6-4 years in voice/international BPO process may also be considered.
Enthusiastic individual with discipline and professional approach is desirable.
Candidate should possess excellent convincing capabilities & have knack of talking to people.
